Before, the old Glaverbel sheet glass is in poor quality compare with float glass, it has many waves in visual, this problem has already solved by technical renovation, finished sheet glass can meet window and door quality requirement.
To adopt Glaverbel process to produce sheet glass, this process is different with float glass, which forming process need the tin bath. But Glaverbel process do not need tin bath.
After batched raw materials are melted in furnace, the melted glass liquid flow through C type brick into working end, the glass liquid flow through a draw-bar, which is made by high aluminum clay and is sunk into glass liquid at the depth about 70-150mm, to isolate the heat radiation from melting area to forming area.

For batching and mixing the raw materials.
The melting tank is key part of glass production line, the refractory materials quality is very important.
Compared with the float glass process, the sheet glass is combined with slotless process and horizontal stretching process, forming the glass liquid by slotless tank and stretching rotation method.
In glass technology, annealing means to put the glass into the annealing lehr for a certain time or reduce the temperature with a slow speed, so as to no additional permanent stress or temporary stress will produce. Namely, annealing also means a process which will reduce or eliminate the thermal stress of glass.
