1. Brief Description
Glass is a special amorphous inorganic non-metallic material. The main component is silicate, an amorphous solid with an irregular structure.
In 1961, the Belgian company Grave Bell pioneered the production process of flat glass. Under this process, it can achieve glass thickness from 0.8mm to 12mm.
Glass melting is the most important process in glass production. It is a molding process that uniformly forms batched materials into a qualified liquid without bubbles under high temperature heating.
The melting process is divided into the following five stages, each stage has its internal connections and influences each other. If the performance of one stage is not perfect, it will affect the next stage and ultimately the quality of the glass.
